How long is the delivery time?
After confirming the order and advance payment, the regular delivery time is 15-25 days; the customized one is 25-45 days.
How to check the production progress of the order?
After placing an order, we will arrange an exclusive docking person to regularly synchronize the production progress with customers, including accessories procurement, assembly, testing, packaging and other links. We can also provide photos and videos of the production site according to customer needs, so that customers can grasp the order situation in real time.
How about the packaging? Will it be damaged?
Use special export cartons for packaging, and protect the key parts (body, frame) to reduce the risk of damage.
Are we a trader or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer and have our own factory.
